We build 110% to 150% LP for the standard rig (I 15.11 m, J 4.36 m). Pick a smaller genoa for a windy home port and a larger one for light-air sailing. Furling genoas start at A$3,336.30.
A Size 7 (83 m²) asymmetric suits the Dehler 38 Racing fore-triangle. It starts at A$2,352.90, or A$3,227.40 with a dousing sock.
The Offshore Special Regulations cap a storm jib at 5% of I squared (11.4 m² here) and a trysail at 17.5% of P × E (13.2 m²). That makes our Extra Large (9.5 m²) storm jib and Large (10.8 m²) trysail the right sizes.
