We build 110% to 150% LP for the standard rig (I 11.89 m, J 3.66 m). Pick a smaller genoa for a windy home port and a larger one for light-air sailing. Furling genoas start at A$1,918.40.
A Size 4 (57 m²) asymmetric suits the Seidelmann 30T S fore-triangle. It starts at A$1,849.10, or A$2,549.80 with a dousing sock.
The Offshore Special Regulations cap a storm jib at 5% of I squared (7.1 m² here) and a trysail at 17.5% of P × E (6.2 m²). That makes our Medium (5.7 m²) storm jib and Small (6.1 m²) trysail the right sizes.
