We build 110% to 150% LP for the standard rig (I 21.87 m, J 6.74 m). Pick a smaller genoa for a windy home port and a larger one for light-air sailing. Furling genoas start at A$9,619.50.
A Size 14 (183 m²) asymmetric suits the Farr 56 Pilot fore-triangle. It starts at A$5,236, or A$6,609.90 with a dousing sock.
The Offshore Special Regulations cap a storm jib at 5% of I squared (23.9 m² here) and a trysail at 17.5% of P × E (24.1 m²). That makes our Maxi (12 m²) storm jib and Maxi (15.5 m²) trysail the right sizes.
