From A$1,329.90 in Dimension-Polyant Optimum Cruise with 3 leech battens and a full-length head batten, or A$1,476.20 with 4 full battens. C-Breeze, the long-life cloth, starts at A$1,496. Every mainsail is cut to the Scholtz 22 Racing rig (P 8.15 m, E 3.10 m) with two reefs.
We build 110% to 150% LP for the standard rig (I 7.59 m, J 2.16 m). Pick a smaller genoa for a windy home port and a larger one for light-air sailing. Furling genoas start at A$682.
A Size 00 (27 m²) asymmetric suits the Scholtz 22 Racing fore-triangle. It starts at A$896.50, or A$1,421.20 with a dousing sock.
The Offshore Special Regulations cap a storm jib at 5% of I squared (2.9 m² here) and a trysail at 17.5% of P × E (4.4 m²). No stock trysail is small enough for this rig, so we quote one to fit. No stock storm jib is small enough for this rig, so we quote one to fit.
Measure I, J, P and E and compare them with the rig table. We confirm every measurement with you before the sail is cut.
For a race programme, a Sydney to Hobart or a bluewater expedition, our sister loft Kraken Sails designs laminates, membrane sails and storm wardrobes for the hard end of sailing.
