From A$3,964.40 in Dimension-Polyant Optimum Cruise with 3 leech battens and a full-length head batten, or A$4,178.90 with 4 full battens. C-Breeze, the long-life cloth, starts at A$5,105.10. Every mainsail is cut to the Peterson 38 rig (P 14.38 m, E 4.73 m) with two reefs.
We build 110% to 150% LP for the standard rig (I 14.44 m, J 4.56 m). Pick a smaller genoa for a windy home port and a larger one for light-air sailing. Furling genoas start at A$3,339.60.
A Size 7 (83 m²) asymmetric suits the Peterson 38 fore-triangle. It starts at A$2,352.90, or A$3,227.40 with a dousing sock.
The Offshore Special Regulations cap a storm jib at 5% of I squared (10.4 m² here) and a trysail at 17.5% of P × E (11.9 m²). That makes our Extra Large (9.5 m²) storm jib and Large (10.8 m²) trysail the right sizes.
Measure I, J, P and E and compare them with the rig table. We confirm every measurement with you before the sail is cut.
For a race programme, a Sydney to Hobart or a bluewater expedition, our sister loft Kraken Sails designs laminates, membrane sails and storm wardrobes for the hard end of sailing.
