From A$2,390.30 in Dimension-Polyant Optimum Cruise with 3 leech battens and a full-length head batten, or A$2,566.30 with 4 full battens. C-Breeze, the long-life cloth, starts at A$3,166.90. Every mainsail is cut to the Gib'Sea 33 rig (P 11.00 m, E 3.81 m) with two reefs.
We build 110% to 150% LP for the standard rig (I 12.60 m, J 3.71 m). Pick a smaller genoa for a windy home port and a larger one for light-air sailing. Furling genoas start at A$2,212.10.
A Size 4 (57 m²) asymmetric suits the Gib'Sea 33 fore-triangle. It starts at A$1,849.10, or A$2,549.80 with a dousing sock.
The Offshore Special Regulations cap a storm jib at 5% of I squared (7.9 m² here) and a trysail at 17.5% of P × E (7.3 m²). That makes our Large (7.5 m²) storm jib and Small (6.1 m²) trysail the right sizes.
Measure I, J, P and E and compare them with the rig table. We confirm every measurement with you before the sail is cut.
For a race programme, a Sydney to Hobart or a bluewater expedition, our sister loft Kraken Sails designs laminates, membrane sails and storm wardrobes for the hard end of sailing.
