From A$2,024 in Dimension-Polyant Optimum Cruise with 3 leech battens and a full-length head batten, or A$2,195.60 with 4 full battens. C-Breeze, the long-life cloth, starts at A$2,743.40. Every mainsail is cut to the Banner 30 rig (P 10.45 m, E 3.70 m) with two reefs.
We build 110% to 150% LP for the standard rig (I 9.68 m, J 3.22 m). Pick a smaller genoa for a windy home port and a larger one for light-air sailing. Furling genoas start at A$1,375.
A Size 1 (37 m²) asymmetric suits the Banner 30 fore-triangle. It starts at A$1,214.40, or A$1,774.30 with a dousing sock.
The Offshore Special Regulations cap a storm jib at 5% of I squared (4.7 m² here) and a trysail at 17.5% of P × E (6.8 m²). That makes our Small (4.5 m²) storm jib and Small (6.1 m²) trysail the right sizes.
Measure I, J, P and E and compare them with the rig table. We confirm every measurement with you before the sail is cut.
For a race programme, a Sydney to Hobart or a bluewater expedition, our sister loft Kraken Sails designs laminates, membrane sails and storm wardrobes for the hard end of sailing.
