How does online sail pricing work on Sails.Online?
You choose your boat, and Sails.Online sizes the sail from that boat's published rig dimensions. You pick the sailcloth and options and see the full price on the page immediately. You pay online, a sailmaker checks your measurements before anything is cut, and the sail is built to order and shipped to your door.
- Find your boatSearch for your boat by builder and model on the Find Sails for Your Boat page, or open your class in the one-design shop. Each boat has its own mainsail and genoa page, sized from its published rig dimensions.
- Choose your sail and optionsPick the sailcloth (Challenge Atlantic, Fastnet or Palma), the batten layout for a mainsail, and the build time. The price on the page updates instantly as you choose.
- See the full price and pay onlineThe price includes GST in Australia and is shown in US dollars elsewhere. Shipping is added at checkout, with US import duty prepaid. Pay by card. No quote request and no sales call.
- Sailmaker measurement checkAfter you order we send a short measurement check. A sailmaker reviews your measurements and specification before any cloth is cut. If your numbers change the price, we tell you first and you can cancel for a full refund.
- Built to order, tracked liveYour sail is built to order, in about three to four weeks as standard. You can watch it move through each build stage in the live customer portal.
- Shipped to your doorWe ship by express courier to Australia, the United States and worldwide, with tracking and customs paperwork in your portal. Every sail has a 12-month warranty.

- Standard build about three to four weeks. Cruising sails also offer express (about two weeks, +8%) or economy (about eight weeks, 5.5% off).
